Banking Partners: If you opt to connect with one of our banking partners (e.g., Mercury, Relay), we share the business information necessary to pre-fill your application, only with your explicit consent.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LegalWith, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

LegalWith is based in the United States and our Services are primarily designed for U.S. business filings. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
