Pricing · One payment · State fee shown before you pay

One price. The state fee on top. Nothing hidden.

Pick LLC or Corporation, pick a package, and the checkout shows our price plus your state's fee before you pay anything. The state fee goes to the state, not to us.

The state fee

What the state fee is, and why it isn't ours

Every state charges a fee to create a company. It is different in every state, from under a hundred dollars to a few hundred. We pass it through at cost and show it before you pay. If your state changes its fee, your price changes by exactly that amount.

Only if you choose it. The registered agent renews yearly after the first year, and mail scanning is monthly if you add it. Both appear in your dashboard with the renewal date. Everything else is a one-time payment at checkout.
